The people at Community Storage central office were very kind. However, our particular storage unit was in Glencoe, Alabama. This storage location is bad, very bad. We chose this storage based off of the website. After we arrived with two moving trucks on the clock, we had no other option. We stored my mom’s household there for a month. There was not a gate, the surveillance camera did not appear to work, rodents were in my mom's couch when she moved into her house. I know of no tenant insurance offered, though stated on the website. Gated, 24/7 surveillance, and insurance are all stated as part of the storage location. No one at the office responded to my complaints, except one person said, “I’m sorry.” In their response below they say thank you for letting them know, please call, but they already knew. I already called and texted multiple times. Again, they are very kind, but the Glencoe location is so, so bad and all I was told was “I’m sorry”.
