She is always helpful and will go out of her way to make sure your problem is taken care of.Jessie and Chris are great delivery guys, they take care of their customers.

Called 5 times and was put on hold for over 5 min and disconnected 4 times. The 5th time after only 3 min on hold, someone finally answered. I was told I would have to go to the office 30 miles from me and fill out and application. TOO MUCH TROUBLE. I will; deal with someone locally, rather in Paducah, KY.

This is the worst place to buy gas the lady running the front office is rude and I'm being nice when I say rude. My 78 yr old mil accidentally ran out of gas and they would not come put her any in told her it would be 3 weeks. She had been a customer with them for over 5 years. I know that there are wait list but emergencies happen sometimes. We are pulling her service and I advice anyone looking to purchase gas service do not purchase here
