I confirmed on phone for my cat to get an exam only and price. I get there for them to ask me if I wanted to add a rabies vacc which I declined. Then they didn't like my answer of no and declined me service. They say one thing on phone and say another when u get there. Must b the new generation of vets or something. Lots of people get stray cats looked at without any vaccines.

Dr Walters and her staff are very caring and compassionate towards pets and their owners. Unfortunately i lost my Red dog to no fault of theirs but the level of care and constant contact with me definitely helped me. After she passed away the whole staff was sad and they all knew her by name. A week or so after i received a sympathy card from Dr Walters and her staff who had all wrote something about Red and signed it. Although i was still very sad it was heartwarming to know that she was cared for and they did everything they could to save her. I will always bring my pets here.

I’m some times sad that money is important to business. Well my dog was very sick paid 135.00 for the visit and he gotten worse then, they blocked my phone. Who does that. Pets had become the new companions for many. When they get sick we get sick also. My poor buddy still with the skin problems but now is pink the puss stop flowing. Has been stressful but I still consider her a good veterinarian. She needs to operate again. My dog has skin cancer. She made it affordable. This time she be removing several growths form his skin. Is sad that our best friends also get cancer.

The Doc & staff are very knowledgeable, kind, & efficient.
They had 5 puppies health checked in & out within 1.5 hours. I was also a new client. I have an appointment this week for another litter health check. Well worth the 1 hour drive.
I will be a regular client.

All of our fur babies LOVE Dr. Misty and all of the staff at Twin Rivers. We know they are in good and safe hands when we leave them. Dr. Misty is very affordable. When you have as many fur babies as we do, they can be very expensive to keep their records up-to-date but Dr. Misty is hands down the most affordable doctor we have ever used and her care for our babies is always the highest standards. Dr. Misty loves what she does and it is obvious by the care and standards of her practice. Thank you Dr. Misty and thank you to the staff at Twin Rivers Veterinarian.
