“I was in Walmart parking when my car wouldn't start. I called O'Reilly to see if they knew of anyone who did roadside assist (my Roadside Assist couldn't find one in the area). The young man who answered, Devon was very polite and helpful. He walked from the store to my car in 98 degree heat to help me get my car started. I definitely would recommend them.”
“We had an appointment for a Jeep to be worked on June 6th and we actually dropped off the Jeep 3 weeks early so that it could possibly be worked in. It was actually a week after our appointment time when our jeep was done but keep in mind he did say that he was down a worker and has been super busy lately. I never did to get a call or update during the waiting period which is my only negative from the experience. They did call me to say that it was done.”
