Called twice to find out when my rx would be ready and they hung up on me both times. We had to switch our kids meds to a different pharmacy because their pediatrician refuses to work with them from here on out. Their customer service standards are absolutely disgusting.

This pharmacy is just straight up awful. Anyone else find it impossibly hard to get in contact with someone at the pharmacy over the phone? I can't believe I've waiting 45 minutes on hold just to get hung up on twice. This is ridiculous

Yesterday we made reservations to get our flu shots. So today we came in to the store early for our appointments at 12:15 And 12:30 and we are still waiting at 12:35. Now we get to fill out paperwork. And free fly shots... they charged a co-pay.
