April is our carrier and she is phenomenal. Goes above and beyond. I had a package go missing on a Saturday when our usual carrier was off and I filed a claim. Ms. Angel called me the same day to touch base and by Monday I had my package. Angel also called that Monday evening to make sure I had received my package. She was phenomenal. Great customer service. Thank you Ms. April for everything you do and Thank you Ms. Angel. I appreciate everything.

Walked in 4:10 and was told they were closed and they close 4:30 and all I needed was a stamped envelope which have only taken 30 seconds. It’s bad enough that the hours are 8:30-4:30 hours that real working people work. But for me to leave work early to rush to get there to be told that they are closed and the gentleman in front of me was the last one because by the time she get to them it would be 4:30 is ridiculous and unacceptable.

It’s sad that this is one (1) of many local post offices that only have one (1) clerk working and the line is outside the door.

Not my usual post office or my favorite. Customer service was non-existent. I tried to reach out but they don't answer their phone or allow for voicemail. It sounds as though someone picks up the phone and sets it down. Maybe it's a tech issue.

Only one worker knows what she is doing. She's the best worker there. She is the only reason I use that site if I must. NEVER USE DROP BOX. ALWAYS GET YOUR RECEIPT.

I live in an apartment complex.. every package I order is delivered wrong. It never a gets to my mailbox or unit. I should not have to send my packages somewhere else or go on a hunt to find them!!!! I’m sick of that.

Gardendale Post Office REFUSED to accept my package to be mailed!!!! Terrible service!! Go to UPS!! Much better service and MUCH FASTER!!

They used to be pretty nice to me, now all I get is attitude. It's funny, when I send in my husband, he's treated totally different. So if you're having issues at this location, just send in a long haired twenty something tall guy to take care of it. Then they'll stumble over each other to help you.

Advertises guaranteed next day delivery, but can’t guarantee to some “rural” areas (although you will still be charged for next day). The lady with tattoos was very nice, although the blonde lady (I think the supervisor) was short.
