I took my iPhone 14 Pro to have the back of it replaced because I dropped it and it was very cracked. The guy did not fix my phone but did not give me a refund. I paid half of what I owed to get the part ordered, and was told to pay the other half when it was fixed. I came back at the time my phone would be ready, and he told me with the new back on it was dangerously overheating and that a chip in my phone had gone bad and could not be fixed, so he put the original back on. I had no overheating problems before taking my phone to them. The only issue was that the back of my phone was cracked. Regardless, in the end I received no service from this shop and was not issued a refund. That is not a way to run a business. Any other business would have kept the part to use on someone else’s phone and issue a refund to the customer. I highly DO NOT recommend this shop. It seems they can not fix phones properly, and do not have good customer service at all.

I took my phone to get the back if it replaced as it was shattered. I paid $150 to have the part ordered, and was told to paid another $150 after it was fixed. They ordered the part and told me they would call when it came. I brought my phone to tell them once they called and they told me to come back at the end the day and my phone would be fixed. I returned and was told that my phone was not fixed and that suddenly there was a bigger problem than the cracked back and that my phone was dangerously overheating. I was told they would need another day to take it apart and see if the problem was with the chip in my phone or if it was a faulty part. I was told to return the next day around lunch and they would have an answer. I returned and was given my phone with the old cracked back on it and still had the overheating problem. When I dropped this phone off with them the ONLY issue was the cracked back. I asked if I could get the $150 that I already paid back, because the part was not used and no service was provided. They refused and said they could only offer me $12 since i paid $12 more dollars than the part was worth. I asked to have the part instead so I could resell online. They did let me leave with the part, however I still feel as if i was scammed as I left with a phone that was more broken than before and with $150 dollars less than before I entered this store. I was never once warned that it may not be able to be fixed. I was never given any type of receipt. I was never issued an apology. I paid for a service I did not receive. This is not how a business should be run, and the worst customer service I have received at any store. I have talked with several people, who said they have been in a similar situation with this store where they paid for their phone to be fixed, and received a more broken phone and no refund. This business is a scam and should be shut down, as they can't fix phones or treat customers well at all.

I had my iPad repaired for a broken screen. It only took a few minutes and very little money. Thanks again. Great customer service.

Nick took care of my phone issue in less than 5 minutes. He knew exactly what it was as soon as I told him my issue. Great customer service as well. Will definitely be back in the future.

Horrible service. Carried a s22 ultra in for a new screen fixed it. While in the process of fixing it they cut my antennas for service and ordered new ones. Replaced the old ones and phone still has no service. They said they will not do anything about it due to me not being able to prove they caused it.

We dropped off my sons Nintendo 3DS to have the cracked screen repaired. It took almost 2 months to get it back due to the parts taking so long to be delivered by UPS they told us. We picked it up from my mom and realized the volume button had been removed and not put back in. That was a Saturday so when I was able to take it back when they reopened on Monday and tell them what happened they were super nice and the young guy up there was able to put the volume switch back in. My son was so happy he finally had his DS in working order and all in one piece!

I broke my phone screen on my S23. Samsung recommended taking it there for replacement. I placed my deposit, (required), and was called to bring it in. Within 2 hours, it was replaced good as new. They were also able to replace my friend's S22 screen the same week as he was told by other vendors it was a 4 month wait.

The sad thing is they can TELL you they did something like ordering a part and trying to fix it. After a little over 2 weeks of them having it, a guy who works on all kinds of radio equipment told my husband to bring it to him and in 1 day he found the problem .There were 3 places that weren't soldered back.. If it wasn't for him we would've never known. Of course that's what they're counting on. Sad business practice. Can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

Took my daughter's tablet twice for same problems. Both times was told they were waiting on a part ordered. Finally after a little over 2 weeks was told they couldn't fix it. Told they would only give a portion of the money back. Went to get it and husband was told he'd have to come back the next day because they didn't have the $40 to give him. Husband took it to a man who works on radios and the man fixed it in one day. He said they never replaced the part and as soon as you open it up they haven't even soldered 3 places that were suppose to be soldered. That was just wrong to do a customer that way. We had no way of knowing what the did or didn't do. Will not recommend this business at all.

Dropped off a locked iPhone from too many attempts to unlock it with the wrong password. Paid $50 and was told they could unlock it but it erase everything. That was not a problem since I would be giving it to my brother. The next morning I went to pick it up and was told they could not unlock it and refused to give me a refund. I took it home and did a little research and with my laptop I had it unlocked in about 2 hours and working fine. I went back and told them that unlocked what their professional could not do and again asked for a refund. Again they refused! Now I am pushing 70 years old without much knowledge about computers and I did what they said they couldn’t and still they refused to give my limited money back. Unbelievable!!! This was about 2 months ago and I am angry they will take advantage of me or anyone and just take their money and give you back the phone the same way you left it. Non- workingI also went to spectrum mobile, they were the ones that recommended I go to cpr repair, and told them what happened. They said they will not recommend anyone go there again.

Got my phone screen fixed here. They had to order the part and it was pretty fast. They communicated with me well and fixed my screen. Very good place to fix your phone screen.
