Stayed here one night passing thru. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. If we ever pass that way again, we will certainly stay there! Hightly recommend.Rooms: Very up to date, like new. Great condition and very comfortable.

This was another remarkable stay at Springhill suites. We were in town for a family matter, and it was great to have somewhere that was nice and relaxing that we could go at the end of each day. The service was fantastic, the accommodations felt like home. I would highly recommend staying here. The location was also incredible with plenty to do nearby.

This was HORRIBLE. Someone came into our room, someone who didn't even work here! The door was locked and a MAN came inside before immediately leaving after he saw we were there. We asked for a new room but the person who we asked was talking to another person in Spanish while laughing at each other? We got a new room but in our first room, the bed frame was broken! I would never come here again. It is way too dangerous.Safety: Horrible! Again, a grown man came in our room and he didn't even work there! He had keys and everything.Food & drinks: The only thing that was good was the food, the breakfast was 3/10 but the candy area was DELICIOUS!

Great newer hotel except when arriving the cleaning people were mopping with either dirty water or mopping heads that smell was awful but when I got to my floor the smell was isolated to lobby areaRooms: Larger rooms with work desk and a trundle bed

Met family in Birmingham and we stayed here and enjoyed our stay. Staff was wonderful and rooms and all areas were very clean. Patricia was the Best.

Stayed at every hotel in Forestdale and Gardendale. EVERY ONE. This hotel has the best rooms. Didn't stay long enough to check out everything, but the ROOM... in-FREAKIN-credible !!!!!

The location was convenient to a lot of things for what we needed. Plenty of eateries nearby.The breakfast was decent, while they could have not overcooked the scrambled eggs they did bring out a second batch that was better.The nice lady that setup and tore down the breakfast each morning was a true gem and a delight! I wish I had written her name down. She was so helpful and we could tell she works hard to give her job the best she can even when the dining area is full of a few dozen kids.I wanted to give the service a 5 star rating but it lacked from the front desk guy. When I called to say what time we would be in since we were getting in at 930 instead of 830 am from Texas he said let me make sure I have rooms available. I had already prepaid, pre reserved and am also a silver plus bonvoy member. I told him we're driving in from Texas so I hope you do have my room available.When we arrived he started in on that again about he may have one room available and that he had one left. This hotel although very busy was not full. We had empty rooms near us each day of our stay. They didn't give us any foam pillows, they didn't clean the room daily despite us not putting up the privacy sign. I had to ask for more towels even though that was on my reservation along with the foam pillows.This experience could have been much better for the price and the simple tasks could have taken this over the top. Housekeeping was very good and timely when they brought us towels and took our trash. So I know they're just following orders.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way!!! While traveling I was not familiar with the area and traveling with children, not only is it safe, it is a beautiful hotel and area… extremely clean, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, beautiful design. You will not be disappointed staying here, it’s perfect!!! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Stayed for business. Room and bedding were clean, no dust in site. Bathroom was clean, and although shower was showing wear and tear, it was CLEAN This is major! Staff was pleasant although I didn't need much.Food & drinks: Near to supermarkets and a lot of fast food and restaurants.
