Installer was very nice .store not quite as helpfull as they could be . Not very Friendly.

Wanted to give a huge shout-out to Juan and Kyle. They installed my service today. Very nice and professional. Spectrum is very lucky to have them.

Brought my friend to pay his bill. Lines too long , for such a small store. After waiting 15 minutes in line they announced the computers were down and they didn't know when they would be up working again.
