Horrible experience. I brought my car here for a detail and window tint. First off the "manager" shouldn't be a manager at all. He was very rude from the beginning just because I wanted to ask questions and learn about exactly what I'm paying for but then after my car is finished there was some stuff on the detail that was missed that shouldn't have been and my tint had bubbles everywhere and even a rip at the bottom. I didn't see the tear until later but when I brought up the stuff I was told "I could go somewhere else if I didn't like it." These people need to learn basic customer service skills and learn how to run a business because this isn't it. This happened a couple of days ago so im writing this now because when I was told the "stuff" in my tint would go away after a couple of days and guess what?! Nope still there. Then to top it all off WHATEVER you do don't tip them for a detail unless you hand it directly to person that worked on your car. My main problem is with the management because the detail issues was a simple fix and they fixed it so of course I tip for all services. Well I tipped pretty good and I watched the manager (once again) pocket the money. That's all fine if you're gonna give it to the guys later on but after how I was treated something told me to go back and ask the detail guys if they got their tip so the next day I was driving by and they remembered me and of course they said they didn't receive anything. They need to learn that customers keep businesses going and to treat them with respect. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I called these guys after a bad experience with a tint place down the road, and they were absolutely amazing! The two guys that helped me out and saved me from the almost disaster thanks to the other guy down the road were named Tyler and Ashton! They even were able to fit me in immediately, even though they had an appointment at five and it was well after 3. They were very kind, and knowledgeable, and it was obvious to them that I didn’t know what I was doing when it came to tint on my car as this is my first car with tint, they walked me over to these things in their place that show and let you feel the difference with different tints. It was great! They took the time to show me and explain how it worked and could tell that the tint that I had taken off of my windows had faded and been there for years. They had ceramic tint available. They gave me the price for all windows, and as it was, I only NEEDED the two front windows of my Camaro re-tinted, they didn’t pressure me into getting more done. They went straight to work. They were kind, soft spoken and not pushy or rude in any way. They saw what I needed done, and just did it! They had great attitudes, and as I’m a very high anxiety, nervous person, they treated me so kindly. It was very much appreciated! I will be back to get the rest of my car done as soon as I can. I even went back the next day as I was concerned about some bubbles in one of the windows and they explained how the bubbles work themselves out with heat over time with heat, and within 72 hours, all of the bubbles were gone and the tint is great!! I can’t recommend them any more highly, they are so great! Thanks Tyler and Ashton!!!

These guys have tinted every vehicle I've owned for years. The service is always second to none and I have never had an issue with bubbling or peeling. I recently used them to detail a car for my daughter and Tyler went well and truly beyond my expectations to make sure the car looked new.

I’ve heard wonderful things about this company as they came highly recommended. I stopped by yesterday to speak with them and set up an appointment to drop off my vehicle. The person I spoke with was kind, and gave me a price for the detail I wanted. We set arrangements for me to drop off first thing this morning. When my husband and I dropped off my vehicle this morning there was one employee there at that time so I walked in to give him my number so they could call once it was completed( they didn’t get my number yesterday-not worries, not a big deal). I knew someone was around somewhere but I wasn’t sure where so I walked in I said ”knock knock-good morning” a few seconds later the employee ( I’m assuming employee-hopefully not the owner)that was there very rudely looked at me and yelled “just give me a minute” while throwing his hands up. I stood there for a few seconds baffled about what just happened then walked away. I went a told my husband to get back in the vehicle we were dropping off and let’s get out of there. The guy was probably just having a bad morning but no need to take it out on me. Was really looking forward to using this place but I will be finding another local company.

The tint they put on my chevy malibu looks excellent. i’ve had it a few weeks now and it’s still perfect. they were able to get me in the day i called and it didn’t take very long. prices are very fair. i plan on coming back to have my windshield done.
