Kyle was awesome! Super professional, came on time, and went above and beyond for us! He came in less than 40 minutes when other providers told us it would be days before they could assist! The whole visit took less than 15 minutes! He even taught us how to spot scammers in the industry for future references. Got an extra key fob made to my SUV. The guy who came out was so nice. Everything was done with 15 mins. I would 100% recommend them for anything you may need.

Kyle was extremely personal and the consummate professional. He answered my call on the first ring.We had a digital lock with a deadbolt spring frozen in the locked position. It took both hands to open & close the door. We were desperate to get this issue fixed before the weekend.Kyle came on a busy Friday afternoon and resolved our problem immediately. He also reset the code to the digital lock on our utility/carport building.We are so thankful for his tact and acumen. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Will definitely use them again. Kyle was able to take service request for deadbolt lock installation around 9am and complete request around 11am. He was professional. Service was excellent - high quality.

Kyle is a BLESSING! I lost my keys to my 2008 Range Rover and was locked completely out. He was able to get into the vehicle, make another key, program it, and made a spare. He did all that cheaper than the dealership. He even came back to make sure things were still OK. Top notch professional service. I HIGHLY recommend Modern Locksmiths!!!!! Kyle is a life saver!
