“Benjamin is the perfect example of outstanding customer service! He was kind, answered questions and put others ahead of me at ease when they couldn’t find their return labels. I just appreciated his smile and how he told them to stop apologizing and that he knows how easy it is to have it ready then get to the counter and can’t find it. The two people ahead of me seemed relieved which just made me smile. The holiday season is stressful enough so having someone who understands makes it a little less stressful.”
