I've never been more disappointed with a company than I have this one. After being with Allstate for 46 years, I filed my 1st claim. My ** was working fine, we had a storm roll through during the night, and I lost power. The next morning I realized the ** didn't come back on. I talked to my brother in law and he told me to reach out the the insurance company as to what I should do since it sounded like a power surge. I called, and was told to have a company give me a quote on both a repair, and a new unit. I did, and then an Allstate adjustor was sent to the house. He was rude. He called the company that had given me the estimate - on speaker phone. He asked the technician that looked at the unit and given me the quote, what caused the damage. The technician answered it was either hit by lighting or a power surge. Then the Allstate adjustor asked if he was sure it wasn't from \

"It was a very pleasant experience. I have been needing to get another quote on my Auto/Homeowners Policies for a long time. I finally got a quote from another company and started to go with it but I Googled auto/homeowners insurance agency Gardendale and Allstate came up. I made the call on my lunch and spoke with Jodi Mitchell. She quoted me on both auto/homeowners and I had to have her repeat it several times because I just could not believe that I was getting much better coverage for such a much less price than I was already paying. I was like sign me up. Then Jodi took it from there and made it so pleasant for me. I feel that I could call Jodi at anytime and she would take care of my insurance needs as if it they were her own.
