“I did not visit the store, nor do I live nearby it, but I had a technician sent to me from this location. His name was Kenneth. He was able to identify a problem I was having for months, called about several times, had multiple technicians sent my way but none could identify or resolve my problem. Within approximately 30 minutes of being here, not only did he get my problem resolved, but he explained what the problem was, AND called his appropriate supervisors to get the real issue resolved permanently for me. I have not had the greatest service from Spectrum internet but their customer service and technicians are kind and relatable. However, Kenneth has been the most knowledgeable and reliable technician yet!”

“I went in to the Fieldstown store on 3/5/24 to switch over my phone that I received from T-Mobile. Rowdy was awesome. I brought in my case and screen protector that I intended to put on myself after switching phones but without any hesitation he put then on for me. It took about 45 minutes to transfer my information over. I thought I'd just be sitting there but as long as he didn't have another customer he talked to me about different products & things in Gardendale that helped the time go by quickly. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile.”
