Saturday, July 27. The haircut I got from this place today was horrible. I met 3 friends after and 2 of them said that i should ask for my money back. The lady cutting my hair would not cut it the way i asked, left 1/4 of the back uncut, and was texting on her phone the entire time i was there. I've been a customer there 5 years. I had to go to another Great Clips to fix what she did. I will NEVER go back to the Gardendale Great Clips.

I went in and it seemed like the lady was in a rush to get through. I asked her to cut it shorter and it seemed like it was a problem and when I asked her to cut it again, she just ripped the apron off and start wiping my neck after she got done without asking if the length was okay. Also, not to mention, she chopped up my neck along with my hair. Worst 18 dollars ever spent and I will not be back.

I always get a great haircut with DeeDee. Saturday and Sunday are her days to work. She’s also very friendly on top of being good at her job.

I had no idea that I left with my hair lopsided in the back and so uneven it looked like a 4 yr had cut my hair. I went back and the next person to cut my hair showed me what it looked like with the hand held mirror. She asked where the last place I had gotten it cut and it was there. I let her trim it, but I will not go back. There is no organization. There are new people every time you go in. It's just not worth it. You can't even get a 1/2 inch trim without it being all uneven. I have been to beauty schools that did a better job cutting hair. I appreciate the last person who showed me what my hair looked like, bc it was bad. I don't know what's happening and why no one will stay working here that knows anything about hair, but I will not let them touch my hair again.

Used to be 5 stars. Now 1 staff needs their damn ears checked. Letting the lobby fill up not letting people know if they need to check in or sit there for an hour with no answers
