I can't say enough good things about these people!!! Literally go above and beyond to make sure your experience is the best it can be. I'm 66 and was left in a terrible situation by another mechanic, Brannon made sure I was made completely whole in the mess. I will be forever grateful. Don't go anywhere else before you talk to them!

After two days of “diagnostics” using the newest wiz bang technologies at another shop, I was advised that my Subaru Outback needed a new transmission and that it was not engine related because there were no codes. Contrast to Gardendale Wholesale Transmission who, within a few minutes, diagnosed that it was not the transmission, identified the engine issue, and referred me to someone who could fix it, which they did. This could have cost me thousands of dollars. I really appreciate the integrity and skills of Gardendale Wholesale Transmission.

My transmission failed, I searched the Internet for transmission shops in the area, I found Gardendale Wholesale Transmission. I liked his website and the reviews posted on Google. The tow truck driver tried to convince me to take my vehicle to another shop because Gardendale Wholesale Transmission was only open 3 days a week. I read a handful of customers reviews, I didn’t read anywhere in the reviews,people were not happy. Even though I didn’t know anyone in this town, I trusted what others had to say about Gardendale Wholesale Transmission. Brennon kept me informed along the way. I thought I just needed transmission fluid fill up & took it to Gardendale Wholesale for inspection & repair. I received a phone call that afternoon advising I need spark plugs & a tune up- I was expecting a huge bill but it was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the service, the efficiency & the friendly staff. I would definitely use them again. My car purrs like a cat.

These folks are great!! Dropped my vehicle off for transmission work. Ended up in the hospital. Called Brandon several time to reassure him I was coming back for the car and always made me feel at ease and not to worry. I'm out, got car runs great!! Thanks GWT.
