I have purchased many cars from various dealerships and Dewey Barber Chevrolet is one of the best I have purchased a vehicle from. My salesman Raymond was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and I did not feel pressured one bit. I bought a 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV which was their first EV ever on the lot. Before I arrived he already had it pulled up front for me and had a full charge. The entire sales process was smooth and I was in and out quickly. Do not hesitate to see Raymond to purchase your next vehicle.

Dewey Barber service staff are very professional. The Parts & Service area are always clean. The restrooms are immaculate & smell wonderful. The service members never leave your automobile dirty. The Waiting area is very accommodating and comfortable. We prefer them over all others.

1. Is the lowest I could give. They deserve a 0. Absolutely the WORST Customer Service experience I've ever had. I will NEVER take my car there again. EVER! As a matter of fact. I'll never do any business there because of this experience. They lack customer service and accountability. My car went into Dewey Barber for repairs on 7/21/23.. my car was not completed until 9/1/23. It likely wouldn't have been finished then had I not sat the situation in the service managers (Daniel) lap. The guy I had been dealing with from the beginning was (Marcus), not sure of his title. He works in the service department also. I kept going around in circles with him and was finally fed up and that's when I asked to speak to someone else. The entire time my car was in for repairs. He (Marcus) called me ONCE with an update and that's because I expressed frustration and made it clear I needed my vehicle. I would call at least once a week after the initial (about a week) estimate had passed with ZERO communication. This was an insurance repair and Marcus had absolutely No contact with my adjuster at all as far as repair costs went. I provided all the necessary info and the ball was dropped. Then the blame was shifted to the body shop which was someone Dewey Barber was dealing with. I never had any interaction with the body shop, so if there was an issue with them. It was never relayed to me, until I expressed my disdain in relation to the communication and amount of time my vehicle was there for repairs. I mean every single call was (a couple days). Then I week later I call and still no update. I was driving a rental car for well over a month. After my insurance reimbursement. I'm out almost $1k for a rental. Due to them dragging their feet. Not only that. I was also told there was an additional repair needed. A "poppin" noise. I drive that car daily it's a 2013 Chevy Malibu with over 160k miles. I've had ZERO major repairs on this car and I keep it serviced . I never heard any popping. I'm uncertain if that came after the repairs or what, but that was an additional $1600 out of pocket for repairs. I wouldn't taken it elsewhere, but it was already there and I was assured it would be completed next day. Which it was in this case. So overall I spend almost $3k outside of my insurance claim for a terrible experience & example of customer service from a business that quite frankly shouldn't be operating. ALSO! I was charged a fee for using a credit card to pay for my repairs. No mention of that prior to me setting up my pickup. When I question the fee. The person at the service desk points to a sign. How was I supposed to a see a sign from home? I caught an Uber to pickup my vehicle and this was my first trip there since my car was towed for repairs. So the fee for a credit card was new to me. Had I known it cost extra money to pay for service with a card. I could've brought cash. Very different experience for me. Ultimately, I'd never recommend them to anyone. Stay clear. They talk good, but lack execution. Zero Stars is what I wish I could leave. There's more I could write about this experience, but I think it's clear I wasn't happy.Services rendered: Replacement Hood with paint, New Air Filter, new battery, new air filter hose. Wasn't like I had a major crash and my car needed a fully body repair.

Preordered new tires for my Tahoe. Had 12 o’clock appt to have new tires mounted. Tahoe ready 3 hours later after I asked several times when it would be ready. Either I was put behind other cars or dealer did not preorder tires!

Fixed my issue under warranty. Had no problems other than new part was bad and had to order another one so took a little longer but all good!

Took care of my repair issues fast, and the cost was very reasonable. Over the years, when I have had a car under warranty, I have had better service there than anywhere. I don't think I will be changing again. I would like to keep this car forever even if I get another. You have to keep your first cadallic even if you bought used. I got a bargain on it. I will trust Dewey Barber to keep it in great shape.

Awesome people and awesome dealership. I had an injector go out and the guys had me back on the road in a hour. Hats off to the service department. My next truck will be purchased from Dewey Barber!!

We had the pleasure of buying our vehicle from DB Chevrolet back in 2019 including the extended warranty up to 150 K miles. We were very pleased with the process and also the ease of service and repairs needed during the time we owned the vehicle. They are worthy of giving them a chance to earn your business! I in no way was incentivized or have any other motive here other than appreciate good business practices and like feeling appreciated, and they do a very good job!

DJ is great. Had everything lined up for me to test drive and compare. The staff was very knowledgeable about the trucks. They resolved issues during the process quickly and got me on the road with my new truck.

Dennis and the financial manager were extremely nice relatable reliable and very informative on things we needed to know. Also helpful in every way. Just wish that interest on lower side on the vehicle and had another month 60day period until first payment

I love when I make an appointment. My car is taken and finished in a timely manner. I was in the lobby watching my phone. And the gentleman ask do you want watch TV. Would you like some coffee. And made small talk with me. I wasn’t just someone getting an oil change. I was a customer and treated as one. Thank you!!❤️❤️❤️
