Love the CVS on Fieldstown in Gardendale! Their employees went above and beyond to show me curtesy as well as assure all my coupons posted to my transaction Cashiers like that are hard to find I wish I had remembered the young man’s name He did a great job!

45 minutes to fill prescription. First in line at 10 am.6 people behind counter.really.i mean I know it's sunday.quit playing and start working. Never be back.dont except.blue cross blue shield insurance.thank goodness for j and j.

As someone who has been using this pharmacy and worked for this pharmacy for years, I am not one to complain. I worked in the pharmacy as well. A new pharm. tech on the phone and at the window was very snappy and rude, in both cases. This one case, though out of the ordinary, made me very uncomfortable and unvalued as a regular patient using this pharmacy. In most cases, only if needed, the RX can be expedited, until today. Lack of satisfactory customer service can often happen when a tech has something against people who are prescribed ADHD medication. This is EXACTLY how it felt. Gardendale, as the 1st CVS I worked at out of 6 or 7 as a traveling shift lead and always the most patient and friendliest individual, I expected more.

Excellent family friendly atmosphere at this location. This store is an asset to the community. The staff is always so accommodating and willing to help. So many smiling faces every time I come in the store. This location is clean, organized, and makes saving a breeze. 10/10 recommend this store whether it's for a quick trip or grabbing a few necessities.

This location is always well maintained: clean aisles even when workers are putting away stock, friendly and knowledgeable associates, and I never leave without finding what I came for.

Usually quick service on the front end door dash orders. I always take these when I can as long as the pay is good, because they're quick and easy and dont waste your time like alot of the fastfood places will. Also have a plentiful selection of foods,medications, and beverages including alcohol. 5 star experience all around. Will shop/dash here again!

Charlotte is one of the sweetest people that I have ever had the privilege of speaking with!! I have been a customer for years and have never been greeted with someone like Charlotte! CVS please keep her and get more like her!

Nothing but attitude from the young lady working up front on March 5, 2023. Absolutely rude and management needs to get this under control. She even followed a lady to the pharmacy to argue with her.

At 6:20 ?Horrible Came in today in so much paint I came to Gardendale CVS to get my Medicine I just left the hospital My doctor my Docter told, Me I can go to any CVS because prescriptions are paperless there digital now.The Pharmacist of Gardendale CVS;Said to Me after I Gave her my name she ran it in the computer and said she couldn’t find it then she found me and told me that my prescription was at Fultondale location of CVSI told her OK and went to CVS Fultondale this is a very long drive to get there.The Gardendale pharmacist told me to go to fultondale to Fill my prescription from my doctor and my doctor told me that I can go to any CVSI wondered why my doctor will tell me such a thing.The CVS Pharmacist in Gardendale told me a lie you can go to any CVS to get your Prescription she was very rude Very unprofessional don’t go here if you have never got meds here they will turn u away ?I have now been able To edit after cooking dinner too take my meds(When I first wrote this I was unable to take my meds coming from a ER visit I had a shot in my hip My hip was in pain I could barely walk if u run your cameras to see my visit.I drove far to get there and was told That I had to Go to Fultondale to fill my prescription That I received from my docter your pharmacist told me that it was there .. long drive as well I got Too Fultondale CVS )Then when I arrived Fultondale CVSThe pharmacist there told me that I can go to any CVS not just one.I was very upset that your pharmacist would lie to me as she saw that I was in painThe Gardendale CVS pharmacist had me drive to another location and she knew that CVS Prescriptions can be filled at any location.I recommend that you go to Fultondale and not GardendaleThe Fultondale pharmacist told me I didn’t have to come to Fultondale and that I could filled my prescription anywhere as long as it’s a CVS and that’s exactly what my doctor told me.I did not drive I had a loved one drive me and they were there with me, when this happened as well I was in too much pain to drive myself.Please do a better job at doing your job is serving the public and making sure that you’re doing your best to meet the needs of the public thank you

Your automated computer help voice is absolutely irritating. It takes forever to get to a real person in the pharmacy. Get rid of all the Covid information.
