I had bought a phone from Cricket in Warrior seemed slow and had problems with some apps. I was in Gardendale and stopped to see if they could solve my problems and switch to a simpler phone for my wife and
could still get on the Internet. Devon surely impressed me. He was courteous, patient,understanding.He genuinely was concerned and persistent in making sure we were satisfied with the new phones. My phone is now working great and a lot faster. My wife is happy with her new phone. Devon was outstanding. If you want it right see Devon. Also if you check the negative post I think you will see the complaints were before Devon came in.

I Come to this location because of the service. I drive past two locations just to come to Gardendale, because Devon at this location knows his stuff and is always there to help no matter what the issue is. Thank you Devon!

I want to give a huge shout-out and thank you to the manager Devon at this location. This young man has went above and beyond to help me. I somehow got locked out of my phone and this young man worked magic to get me back in. I cannot thank you enough for your time, patience, and your knowledge!

The service reps are all awesome, but Cricket gets terrible service in Brookside. I had to switch providers.

I've been with Cricket for 9 years not once have I had an issue paying a bill, sent my dad to this location to pay the bill while I was out of town gave him my number and pin number which is the only thing ever required and they refused to accept his payment without my license and expiration date, completely absurd he was PAYING A BILL not asking for anything else, bypassing this location forever.

I work at this store but I've also been a customer of Cricket for 9 years. I love their service. I've been to several states and nene have had a problem with the service. I would never change services.

Employees treat you with indifference. They don't care about good customer service. They will give you the absolute minimum effort possible with your needs.

I came in today to get help upgrading my daughter's phone as a late Christmas surprise. Jose helped walk me through each and every option and explained every phone to me. He asked me about what my daughter uses her phone for and I explained that she takes a lot of photos. That's when Jose showed me the new moto stylus that has 128 gb of memory and that sold me on the phone! He also got me a great case for her and even a Pop Socket thing.Great experience all together!

I went to this location to purchase a type c charger. The person working told me the only type c they had wouldn't fit because my phone requires the thinner, longer type C and they didn't have one in stock. I then went to another store that did. After getting back lo and behold the charger I bought didn't fit. I then drove back to the store and bought the fatter, shorter type c and it fit. This location cost me gas and $20 just trying to get a charger that worked. This location also had the type c charger I need
