“I called these guys after a bad experience with a tint place down the road, and they were absolutely amazing! The two guys that helped me out and saved me from the almost disaster thanks to the other guy down the road were named Tyler and Ashton! They even were able to fit me in immediately, even though they had an appointment at five and it was well after 3. They were very kind, and knowledgeable, and it was obvious to them that I didn’t know what I was doing when it came to tint on my car as this is my first car with tint, they walked me over to these things in their place that show and let you feel the difference with different tints. It was great! They took the time to show me and explain how it worked and could tell that the tint that I had taken off of my windows had faded and been there for years. They had ceramic tint available. They gave me the price for all windows, and as it was, I only NEEDED the two front windows of my Camaro re-tinted, they didn’t pressure me into getting more done. They went straight to work. They were kind, soft spoken and not pushy or rude in any way. They saw what I needed done, and just did it! They had great attitudes, and as I’m a very high anxiety, nervous person, they treated me so kindly. It was very much appreciated! I will be back to get the rest of my car done as soon as I can. I even went back the next day as I was concerned about some bubbles in one of the windows and they explained how the bubbles work themselves out with heat over time with heat, and within 72 hours, all of the bubbles were gone and the tint is great!! I can’t recommend them any more highly, they are so great! Thanks Tyler and Ashton!!!”

“Brandon did a fantastic job of washing my Toyota Tundra. My truck was extremely dirty and he had it looking like a new truck in no time. He was very professional and polite. Something that sets this detailing service from the rest is the level of communication. Brandon was running a little bit behind to get to my appointment, so he sent me a text message informing me and asking if that was ok. When he arrived on site, he texted me again to inform me that he was there. This level of communication seems to be non-existent with most companies nowadays. This is a great company that is an up and comer. They provide quality service across the board.”

“I love the wash and the guys are great as well, always smiling faces and willing to help out a customer. But there’s one thing that crosses my mind, it would be so simpler for customers to come earlier say 7 me sitting waiting til 8 is a hassle that’s the time when most have to be at work but miss a wash when rushing to Hoover to work but want a clean car. Other than that I love this place thanks guys.”

“THE BEST in town. The only complaints are the “wait times” but since they are the best clearly there will be a wait just look at the incoming business because they do the BEST job!!!”

“This is a good place. The vacuums are powerful and hose ends narrow for tight spots. Unless it's filthy with dried bugs etc, the cheapest wash works fine. ( Customer prewash area is free) I even offered to let the attendant off the hook today regarding prepping w soapy brush. (I just had a thick layer of dust on my car) But he informed me the back wouldn't get fully clean so he washed around my tag area. Service!”

“The man that owns this company absolutely cared about every single detail when he went into business for himself. As he stated, he stopped counting after 10,000 cars detailed. It seems to me that he also stopped paying attention to the tiny details that matter to those paying.

Door jambs, trunk or lift gate jambs
Inside gas flaps
Interior windows/windshields
Steering wheels with excessive body grease
A/C vents
Door panels ( window / door switches and handles) cubbies.
Wheel barrels and wheel wells
Sunroof tracks

All of these areas that were not cleaned are a combination of 2 vehicles cleaned on the same day. September 1 2024.

Claims to be afraid to clean engine bays, but not afraid to charge $75 for a "wipe down". Equaling that nothing in the engine bay is clean.

Overall I am content, even though what I paid for was not what I expected. If I could change anything, it would be that I could have been a customer in the 250's to 1000th car detailed. That is where I think this detailer would have put in the most effort.

“Showed up on a Sunday the website says they’re open till 8. 2 lanes to come in when had a cone in front of it saying it wasn’t available the other one was slightly off to the side, but a car in front of me went right past it so we were assuming it was open we saw cars on the premises so we assumed it was open. The comb was about to hit my car, so I politely stepped out and moved it slightly over so it wouldn’t hurt my car. An employee young girl showed up with an attitude asking him who moved the cone. I said I did and that they were closed. There were nine cars in line and we all had to turn around so I don’t know what was going on nor did they give me an explanation but they lost a lot of business”

“This is the best do it yourself carwash that I know of I've tried all of them from Clay to Tarrant and S&S has all of the detergents great water pressure band it will start for 1.50 where most charge $2-2.50 or more”
