DO NOT bank here. Horrible customer service. Can't find anyone willing to help you and the branch manager does not respect people's wishes after they have passed away even when she knows what they wanted. I can't even get into a account that's rightfully mine and should be in my name cause she makes her own rules up. Worst bank I've ever banked with by far.

Been with Cadence Bank for years hate to, but I have to leave them. They keep letting spectrum take my money from an account. I do not have.????
