Xfinity phone customer service is bad. The automated system is horrible and I had to ask 3 times before the automatic system would transfer me to a live person. And then the live person has to verify info the automated system already did.

Tim was INCREDIBLE! This young man never gave up. I was desperate for WI-Fi service that quit working. The names on the account were "on a cruise" and it was very difficult. He (Tim) was diligent, helpful, persistent, and an excellent problem solver! I am a 75 year old and living with my relatives - he was so kind, so patient, so instructive and worked me through all the details. I am so grateful! We ALL are now!

My experience? Xfinity internet service is garbage. What they refer to as "customer service" is worse than their garbage internet service, which is offline FAR MORE than it is active. You cannot speak to a real person on the phone. The people in the local store can't understand anything technical that even their OWN technician tells them. We have a BRAND NEW modem. BRAND NEW lines throughout our home. Yet on a daily basis there are minimum of 3x 3-HOUR offline periods, yet we are ONLY ever told "everything looks good from our end, have you tried turning your modem off and on again" (which we have done probably thousands of times over the last year and a half). Xfinity service is a joke, but their customer service isn't even laughable.And if anyone who works for Xfinity reads this, here's an early warning: I'm getting started on a class action lawsuit for all the money Xfinity owes the community for all the internet we've paid for but been denied. Then with the winnings we'll put everyone on Starlink and kiss Xfinity goodbye ?

Thank you, Tanya S. And Haley M. for helping us get securely on the books. We have been struggling to get help with this issue for over a month. It's been entirely frustrating. The run around process is real and they helped me sort it out as best they could.The issue:*Called and set up service with a representative. Couldn't get it hooked up for over two weeks. Call to cancel, only to be told that my previous rep should have checked if self install was an option at my location.*With that out of the way, I tried to set up an appointment, but there was no local number. Signed up online, waited 10 mins passed my appointment time for them to text me to go to the local store.*Local store is as confused as I am and works out a way to get me scheduled for another appointment.

This is for Xfinity not this store but the only place I found to leave a review. I had issues with service for over a year spent 60 plus hrs on the phone doing technical work for 2.5-4.5 hrs just to get someone to come out even though it was an ongoing issue. My service finally got to where it didn’t work at all. I had 9 service calls and one left in the middle of set up. The last one that came said sorry your service just will not work. I took myself off auto pay and confirmed with 2 retention department ppl I was not on auto pay. They continued to take out $633 unauthorized. I cancelled my services sent equipment back had not had service for almost two months my account was close did not have access to my online account and they again took out $193 out of my account unauthorized I WAS NOT ON AUTO PAY!! 2 representative told my me my account had been closed I had returned equipment they should NOT have had access to process any further charges. I called in many many times to get a refund for unauthorized charges and would get oh yes so sorry you will get a full refund by this date we’ll never did call back and then told you were on auto pay and we can not give you a refund. Mind you my service didn’t work but the charged me for full services. My kids had to go to family members houses or Starbucks to do homework. They lie they do not care they will take your money even if you take your self off auto pay. Worst customer service ever. I would never recommend using them as a provider for anything. Their service may work good for some people but if you run into an issue the customer service is horrible.

I was lyed to I was told I was getting a 200.00 dollar gift card if I would switch over to Xfinity. Know they are not going to do it. Going back to TMobile.

When I bought my phone I took the protection plan because the sales person said my phone would be replaced if I broke or damaged it. However, she failed to mention that there would be a $100 deductible.

Absolute trash. The service is terrible whether it’s wifi or mobile service. The customer support is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. The mobile and internet service are cheap, but this is one of those “you get what you pay for” things. Changing to xfinity was the worst choice I’ve made. I would rather pay double the amount just to have a better customer support line.

I have tried multiple times to get a simple cost for JUST wifi over the past 5 Years they have dropped my bill from close to $200/mo to now $103/mo.!! I am 70 years old and watch a few shows now. Today I have only wifi but my TVs will not connect. I called and the RECORDING said they were having trouble but it will be fixed soon....this has been said for the past week.WHY CAN'T WE JUST GO BACK TO REGULAR TV!!! SO OVER TECHNOLOGY!!!
