Older blonde lady, I believe she’s a manager, VERY unprofessional behind the counter. I was trying to deposit a check from a customer into my business account and she basically told me the check had been altered and that it look like it was $120 to her not $135 and refused to deposit the check. The check came from one of my older clients and I’ll admit her handwriting isn’t the best but for this lady to tell me she isn’t depositing the check because it looks like $120 to her completely took me off guard. She basically accused me of cheating my customer out of $15. I can clearly read $135 and I can clearly read “one hundred thirty five” on the check. I’m very disappointed in my bank. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo 20 plus years and have never been treated like this. The same lady was rude to the customer in front of me as well.

Very unpleasant experience, this bank treated me like a criminal, you and some of these other banks should take some training classes from Rainbow city! The gentleman up front and the Branch Manager at this bank in Gadsen didn't care about me and called the fraud hotline on me for a valid check, lied to me about calling to verify my check and turned me away. I would like the district manager to reach out to me, this was ridiculous.

Younger mixed lady with glasses was very rude to two lady’s in front of me, and then when I had available money in my account to withdrawal she searched for a false reason to not give me my withdrawal which was being I’m too new of a customer, I honestly am disgusted that a jealous, cold hearted person like this is is behind the lines of people funds and finances!

I honestly felt kind of racially profiled by one of the bank tellers.It would be rude to say her name. especially when it concerns cashing my own personal money orders! basically trying to make me seem like I'm dumb!!! When she clearly didn't want to do her job. Seriously never been told I had to wait overnight to cash my money order. All she had to do was call the check cashing verifiable line. something that she felt like I didn't know. Wouldn't have took her no more than 10 minutes if that. I know the procedure to check cashing. Smh I guess some people still stuck. Never will I go back in this branch!!

Been my bank for about 15 years now, not one time have I ever been charged any fees, but have decided to close my account after they decided to charge minimum monthly service fees for requirements that are not attainable to me during a pandemic. Decided to go to a bank that charges no monthly fees and has no minimum balance to attain. Wells Fargo gets more greedy every time I turn around and I'm done with them.

Right now they are redo the lot so you never know if you can use drive thru or ATM. Only one close by and one day ATM was completely closed couldn't even walk up to it then next week all drive thrus where shut down cause tearing up all concrete. And everything I go inside 1 teller with 4 or 5 people in line. Ridiculous.
