Took my truck to them cause a woman hit the side of my truck an done some good damage.. When I got my truck back it looked even better than brand new!! Wish they would've had a camera to take my picture from the big smile I had on my face.. thank y'all so much for the excellent work

Great experience was able to get the parts really quick and replace the front bumper and the bottom grill where it was cracked at also cleaned inside of car where it was dirty and i never got around to do it definitely recommend this body shop

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The older lady at the desk name PAULA is lazy and rude!! These people will try and get over on you and very rude. I had to get some work done under my car and they tried to keep my front bumper. When I called, PAULA TOLD ME THAT THEY THREW IT AWAY BUT SHE WILL CHECK AND SEE, I said well can you guys put my bumper back on she said we will have to charge you to tow it back in and put it back on when they took it apart!!!!she never called back, so I went into the place of business (wj auto) and she said, we’ll come back tomorrow my manager not here. I asked her can she ask one of the guys in the back to check before the trash people come. She rolled her eyes and jumped out the seat to the back and slammed the door! Even her coworkers look like ? I said that was rude right ??but Guess who lazy Paula come back with?? The manager!! low and behold it took 2 minutes to get it!! My car is in the front of the building why is my bumper that is NOT DAMAGED ,IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING ?? They considered it totaled because of the suspension, tie rod, and axel so why the back of my car scratched and the back bumper was hanging?? Wasn’t there when I brought it!! They told the insurance company they would charge them $810.00 for towing it in and out their drive way and labor. Cool beans when I get there to pay PAULA told me no your paying almost 2,000. Luckily my insurance company was on the phone and repeated everything they told her in prior conversations! Just so happens they seen where the problem was NOT ME! THEY STARTED ADDING ADMIN FEES AND OTHER RIDICULOUS FEES storage fee that PAULA TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT CHARGE FOR MID CONVERSION !!Miscommunication on their end!! Then man (guessing the manager) was not rude with me at first until he seen that I wanted my car back his whole demeanor changed. I walked out and paid my towing people. When I came back in I told him I only have what y’all told the insurance company! Mind you my car is NOT FIXED AT ALL. HE SAID WELL GIVE ME THAT AND JUST BE DONE!! IM DONE!!! NOT ONCE WAS I RUDE WITH ANY OF THEM or try and get over! He said IM TELLING YOU NOW YOU WASTING YOUR TIME TRYING TO FIX THAT CAR (ANGRILY) I don’t know why so much hostility for a car that I own it’s mine let me make that decision! He walked out mad!! I didn’t cuss, yell, or cause a scene! Paula waited til he walked out and said I don’t know why he would do that with a nasty look! I told them I would NEVER BE BACK!! And YES I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING!!!
