We were searching for an older phone (really wanted a newer one - but it isn't compatible with our needs) that had specific requirements of an Android operating system of 11 or 12. Most phones come with the Android 13 OS already installed. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic that requires a specific phone and operating system to operate her Dexcom G6 and Omnipod 5 insulin pump simultaneously. We had interaction with 3 different individuals. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was transferred from her old phone, that all new apps were up and running and information transferred. While it did take time, everyone was very kind and considerate and just really went out of their way to help us.I am very pleased with our interaction with them. Top notch customer service!I drive 45 minutes to see them specifically at that store.For all the bad I hear about Verizon... I have been with them for 17 years - and they have taken care of me and my business. Great job! We appreciate you so much!

They couldn't fix my phone from having mobile networks pop-up everytime I connect with Bluetooth on my radio in my truck, said they didn't know what to do other than warranty, last time I did that the replacement phone was worse than the first one

We were checked in super fast! The sweetest woman ever helped me and her name was Alexandra! She deserves a raise for how quickly and efficiently she helped us! We needed an upgrade for my phone and she had us in and out in under an hour. Truly one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met!!

My husband and I visited this store today to upgrade our phones, but they offered us two different trade in values on two phones that are exactly the same. We left empty handed and were told to call customer service, which we did. The gentleman helping us was very nice, but what is the point of having a store when they can’t help you resolve problems? We were also informed they now charge $30 extra to help you transfer your data to your new phone. From now on, I’ll do everything online or on the phone. I prefer doing business in person, but it’s a waste of gas to visit a store that can’t/won’t work to resolve issues. In the past, THEY have called corporate to resolve issues, so that we could get what we needed at the store.

Was checked in pretty quickly. Then sat for an hour being completely ignored. 3 employees working with 1 couple. 1 employee worked with 1 guy and during those 55 minutes, 3 other employees finished their customers, then clocked out and went home. Including the girl that checked us in! Leaving us sitting there still ignored.The "manager" informed us that he couldn't sell because he didn't have a sales code. Yet, he could have at least spoken to us in that hour. He could have helped his other employees make an easy sale. I was in to buy 5 new phones. They lost several thousands of dollars and a 15 year customer.When I was in sales, we didn't clock out and leave customers sitting. Dang sure didn't leave them sitting and ignored.Tmobile here I come!

Poor customer service. Rude and dishonest regarding discounts for Essential Medical Workers at Gadsden Regional Hospital. Verizon is required to provide discount of a percentage to required Essential Workers but I was recently made aware that they have not been giving CHS Employees their discount. Changing to Spectrum $40 per liner unlimited data, text and talk. Sure beats $75 per line

Really Bad Experience at This V Store! I walk two feet iside, and immediately I'm comforted (not greeted) by a Sales Associate. I need personal space, but this person had No Boundaries! I stepped back and said I was an existing V customer & just wanted to look at one particular phone. She asked for my phone number. I gave it. Then she said "I need to see your Driver's License." I said No. She then said that she needed it to verify my ID on Account. I told her I just wanted to look at One phone. She insisted that I would miss Deals without verification. I told her I knew all the Deals from V website. She persisted. "We have In-store Deals that aren't online." I responded by saying just point me to the phone. She huffed & looked at her co-workers, who were ALL staring me down. I moved toward the phone while "The Group" coversed, quite loudly about how horrible a person I was. I looked at the phone and left.No further interaction.DON'T VISIT THIS V STORE IF YOU'RE EXPECTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Went in to add a line and purchase a phone. Elias greeted us in a timely manner and helped us get the best option for our budget. He was by far the best Verizon employee I've ever dealt with. Verizon needs more employees like him.

I like this corporate store better than any other I've used; however, it is frustrating to me when I have waited my turn and a representative then tries to accommodate two or three clients at the same time as me. Once I have waited and it is my turn, I expect their undivided attention to be given to me until my needs have been met. I don't want to share my time with the representative with another customer.
