“Came in first thing on a Thursday morning. I was hearing a scrubbing noise from the rear of my car when applying the brakes.They took it in the shop pretty quick.Let me know my rear brakes were worn to the point of metal on metal. That's what I thought too. It was about 55k miles since the last rear brake job.I got new rotors and pads on the rear. The front pads were about half worn.I paid a fair price and was on the road within about 2 hours of entering the store. No more scrubbing sound and the car is braking fine.Thank you Wilks Tire and battery.”

I was very frustrated with Goodyear before Jimmy took over. (I did like Shane.) I never could catch him before he retired. Give Jimmy a chance! He is a stand up guy. I am going to cook them a meal to show my appreciation. So guys at Goodyear I haven’t forgotten about you! lol”
“Traveling back to KY with my 5th wheel camper and had a blowout. I needed all 4 tires anyway so I had them price a set of 4 for my camper. They stayed open late for me, were cheaper than I could have gotten the tires back home and had all 4 and the spare changed in around 15 minutes so I could get back on the road! Can't recommend enough!”
“Due to no fault of the employee, it cost a bit more than my original estimate. It was due to an unseen broken fan blade, and the entire unit had to be replaced. I am capable of doing my own repairs, but had this occured with me, I wouldn't have had the time, cash, nor any way of getting a new fan assembly. I used my FIRESTONE account. I'll go back for future service.”
