I had a package delivered yesterday from UPS. The associate from UPS was very kind and went out of Her way. The package was a delivery of frozen steak. chicken and etc. The lady brought the package into the garage and opened it and proceeded to unload it and put it in the freezer for me. She also carried my other two packages and put them on my porch, because one of them was too heavy for me to carry. I really appreciated her helping me.
I di thank her, but thought I should do more. She was greatly appreciated and I wish I had gotten her name. She delivered the package to AL HWY 227 Collinsville, AL. THANK YOU so much for going above and beyond.

This is the BEST UPS STORE!
Everytime I go in this store the people are always polite, professional, and VERY, VERY, VERY HELPFUL. THEY ARE ALWAYS SO BUSY, BUT THEY ALWAYS GET THE CUSTOMERS OUT AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE.
