I absolutely love this place ,great atmosphere and people . Everyone who works here is very helpful. They have been able to answer any questions I have and give good recommendations. I love the flower cave and have been really happy with the purchases I have made.

Won a gift basket they put out of update stuff in it stuff that did not work and would not stand behind it The daughter of the business stated it was 500 and something dollars worth of stuff and it was $420 with the $150 cash she was real rude would not call her parents that own the place said they would not want to be bothered about their business she told me they would be back mid next week next week I come by on Tuesday she got real smart and said I told you they would be back at the end of the week she did not say at the end of the week real smart but parents should give her the authority to make something right if they don't trust her daughter they should not leave her running a business I wouldn't care so much but they just give me the runaround if you don't give something free away give something free away that you're selling to promote your business not something that you're not going to put in your business no more cuz they said they do not have no more of what they gave me that did not work Honey was a year out of date

Update May 1st. I get a long bs email. This is part of the response i got."After a little research, I became aware that you have a connection with one of our competitors. So, it appears that may be the real issue."The only "connection" we have with your competitor is me walking in, buying product and walking out. I don't know anyone there. I really don't care what "fight" yall have with each other, that is not my business. Stop making this about them. We went to several places.I just want the shipping label sent so I can return your product for my refund.**********************************Horrible customer service. I have waited over a week. No follow up from initial response. There D8 seems like spice. Was hoping to get a refund or the right product,never shopping here again!
