Worst warranty repair experience I ever encountered. Roaring bearing noise from rear end, took to shop to diagnose. Chevrolet agreed to completely rebuild rear end. all parts except ring/pinion can be overnighted. Parts dept said ring/pinion was on back order. Pressed them for better explanation and found out that there were 23 ring/pinion sets in the network. Had to pressure them to start calling to get one committed for my repair. Parts came in, truck rear end tore down. 1st delay supposedly due to a seal not coming in in the bearing kit. Why weren't the parts checked in and verified prior to tear down??? 2nd delay due to not ordering the carrier bearing. Now who the hell replaces a Ring/pinion set without new bearing? Strike 2 on parts dept. 3rd delay now is hub bearing ordered was wrong size. Now questioning just how incompetent is this parts dept??? I guess one positive was that the communication was top notch. Problem is the only communication was about how incompetent they were on ordering, receiving, and verifying the had all the parts and that they were correct. A 2 day max job has turned into 10 days and counting. Take your vehicle somewhere else if it's the only transportation you have.

This will be the third time I've left this comment. But every few days it's deleted. Poor customer service and they lie. My wife called to see if she could get an approval for a van here. They ran her credit twice and never got permission to. They also denied and we went to team one dodge and left in a new town and country.

I've bought 2 cars from them already. A no pressure kind of experience
