I have bought many vehicles in my time, but the way that I was treated at this dealership might have been the best experience that I’ve ever had buying a truck. From the service department to the finance manager, they went out of their way to make a deal that worked for me. My salesman, Joe Willut, went above and beyond my expectations to get me in this truck, from changing the tires to getting the windows tinted , he arranged it all. Go see Joe if you want an honest , friendly salesman looking to find you what you want at a reasonable price.

I had my Explorer serviced and the technician told me my air filter for the engine and cabin air filter was dirty and needed changing.I ask how much and he gave me the price.I was about 1/3 higher that the parts store.I told him to go ahead and replace them since he already had them out.But after I told them to change them they added labor to the price of $36.Now mind you had I said no they would have had to put them back in the car with out a labor charge.So tell me if this is not a rip off.

I had purchased a 2018 Ford F150 off the showroom floor, it was absolutely beautiful and I was completely satisfied with it and my salesman Joe Willut but I later realized I really didn't need that much truck, so I decided to trade in my truck for something smaller, more economical. I looked around town and out of town at several other dealership then came back to Joe Willut @ Ronnie Watkins Ford. Found just what I wanted there she was a beautiful Ford Escape on the showroom floor again. Joe was so helpful with the whole process. The trade in, the financing, the complete transaction was laid back, friendly, pleasurable and satisfying. My dad was a Ford man and I'm carrying on the tradition. Fords for life!!

I dropped my car off at Ronnie Watkins to have it detailed. They offered me a shuttle to different places of interest and said they would pick me up :) My car looked like it did the day I bought it!! I will definitely be back!!
