I wished I could give this place way more stars! Shawn is ALWAYS so friendly and professional! He knows how picky I am and he always inspects my car before he tells me it's ready. Shawn and Steve both take care of my elderly Dad when he comes by. They never force any service on you but if your car needs anything they will make recommendations with the full price. They give you the option. I LOVE bringing my car or any of my families car by for an oil change. I know I can fully depend on Shawn and Steve to make sure everything is right. I highly recommend asking for Shawn or Steve, they will treat you like family. Thank you for ALWAYS going above and beyond for professional quality.

I have nothing but great things to say about Ronnie Watkins quick lane. Every time I have visited, I’m in and out quickly with no issues or problems. As for the staff, one stands out to me, Shawn Kuechle. This guy goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of and happy with your service. They do good work, but need to change the name from Quick Lane to Two Hour Lane. I have used them multiple times and each time I have waited 1 1/2 to 2+ hours. Guys in the shop are working hard. They just need to hire more help. Shouldn't take over 30 minutes to get an oil change (1 hour tops).Service: Oil change
