“I reached out to Simmons Sign & Graphics after a horrible experience with another local sign company. The other company offered to make a large building sign for us in the exact shape and image of our logo. After more than a month without a sign or communication about it, they just came an installed it. Unfortunately, it was printed with a very green look to it and the installation wasn't centered on the building as instructed. I immediately called them to find out why the sign wasn't printed correctly or mounted as instructed. I was told they noticed it too, but that's just the way it printed.”

“I had a package delivered yesterday from UPS. The associate from UPS was very kind and went out of Her way. The package was a delivery of frozen steak. chicken and etc. The lady brought the package into the garage and opened it and proceeded to unload it and put it in the freezer for me. She also carried my other two packages and put them on my porch, because one of them was too heavy for me to carry. I really appreciated her helping me.
I di thank her, but thought I should do more. She was greatly appreciated and I wish I had gotten her name. She delivered the package to AL HWY 227 Collinsville, AL. THANK YOU so much for going above and beyond.”
