The pharmacy itself is great. The women up front are rude and inconsiderate and feel the need to make comments regarding the medication my child NEEDS. And whoever the lady was that answered the phone cost the business a bad review because she felt the need to make unnecessary comments.

I don’t generally have any real expectation of a pharmacy. This one in particular I will not use again. Any business with musical chairs store hours is not my idea of reliable. The web listed closing time at 9 pm, google maps told me they close at 10 pm. I get there 5 minutes to 9 and there is a printout on the drive-thru: closes at 8:45 pm. How convenient for the hard workers at physicians apothecary. I’m sure management has no time to update their store hours on the internet. What a waste of space and unprofessionalism. They either do not care or their attention to detail is nonexistent (not qualities I would look for in regards to pharmacists). Perhaps they placed a post-it note on their computers so they would remember their store hours or maybe they need to load up the wagons early and close the apothecary. Use a pharmacy that is reliable and adheres to set store hours. It’s hard enough to find good customer service, I will not return to this lackluster establishment.

If I could give this pharmacy a 10 star review I would. I wish I had gotten the pharmacist name but if you've ever interacted with him I'm sure you'll know who he is by what I'm about to say. This pharmacist is one of the sweetest and most caring people I've ever spoke to. He talked me through my new medication anxiety and explained how what I was using before was bad and probably harmful without an ounce of judgement in his voice. He hyped me up and reminded me that it's okay to fall asleep a little bit later(sleep anxiety and restless leg syndrome.) I know I'm laying it all out here but hands down literally the best.

Took daughter to Doctors med care needed antibiotics and other meds, I had it sent to Physicians Apothecary because web site said open til 7pm on Sunday, well drove there at 6:28 pm, closed lights out. Someone needs to change that so ppl don't go to web site and think you are open.

They are always so rude when they answer the phone and they never had my children's meds. I have been waiting for 2 weeks on it and yet they still dont have it. I have use this place for years and it happens every month. If you want your stuff on time and want friendly service dont go here!!!

I used to love this pharmacy. I wouldn’t spend my money there if my life depended on it. I called in my prescription over the phone ahead of time, they placed me on hold for 10 minutes after order was placed because I needed to update my insurance information, I was passed to someone else twice and placed back on hold. I hung up and had to call back to even get what was needed, addressed. I left work on my lunch break to go pick the prescription up and just to wait an entire hour in line just for me to get to the window and them to tell me they were out of the drug. Not only that, they didn’t have my order. Prior to me leaving work I called in advance to get the prescription filled and no one ever said anything about the drug being out of stock. So, I wasted my entire lunch and they were soooooo dismissive as if it did not matter. It was no reason that should have happened. If the medication was out prior to then that should have been addressed on the phone.
