I have been to several walk in nail places for gel nails in and around Gadsden, this is by far the place to go. I was so happy to see them use FRESH and NEW tools on each client. So many places are unhygienic and scary that they're still open. This will definitely be my new walk in place! ♥️

The worst experience I’ve had yet trying to find a nail place in the Gadsden area. Can in the owner said it would be 45 minutes. So I waited 45 minutes!! All I needed was gel polish taken off my nails. Super easy. Then they just skipped me. Took 3 people that didn’t have an appointment that came in after me. This was the second bad experience I’ve had here! Please go anywhere else

I got a full set the day before Easter & the nail tech rushed through it I wish I had photos of my nails before they applied gel polish but she did not buff the nail before the gel polish was applied I was not happy about the experience I will not return
My 4 year old daughter got her nails painted and they did a terrible job on her nails as well

I've been coming to this salon for quite a while, and when you’re with the owner or one of the experienced techs, the service is consistently good. They're skilled, friendly, and take pride in their work. I’ve had many positive visits here.
However, the experience can shift when you're placed with a trainee. I understand that learning is part of the process, and I fully support giving people the space to grow—but there have been times when the trainee wasn’t ready for client work. Attempts to kindly guide or correct the issue were sometimes met with dismissive or snide remarks in another language. I was the only person in the salon at the time, so it was clear the comments were directed at me. It made what should’ve been a relaxing experience feel uncomfortable.
The owner is nice, and I don’t think this reflects his intentions—but I do believe the environment could benefit from more professionalism when it comes to training and communication. If you go, I recommend asking for someone you trust, especially if you’re particular about how you like your nails done.
It’s a good salon overall, but be aware your experience may depend on who you’re paired with.

Fantastic salon!! We were visiting from out of town and wanted our nails done. There were 3 of us, and we called ahead and were told to come right over. Everyone was so friendly and the salon was so fun! It was the most enjoyable experience I’ve had in a nail salon by far and each nail tech we had did a fantastic job. Highly recommend! Wish we were local so I could return!

Came here a few times now and they have been absolutely wonderful. The picture was from today, she did a wonderful job and stayed professional even when my hand was tense and wouldn't stop moving. Place was clean and the nails are gorgeous, highly recommend.
