“The gadsden store was great! I wasn't even in there 5min yesterday and the guy got me a new sim card, activated my phone and got me a prepaid plan started. I wish I would have gotten his name to brag on him. But he had great customer service and was super fast. It took me longer to go in Walmart and all they told me was I had to go to AT&T. If you need new service definitely go here!”

He got myself, my three kids and mom all in new iPhones with great deals and rebates which made everything really affordable. “I was at Metro Sunday Superbowl day. It's two customers already waiting and now I'm #3.. No one however is complaining because there is only one person working and he is doing a excellent job of multi tasking. He was setting up a new phone for one couple then helping another and making all the necessary phone calls to complete the task . Then he starts helping me with a factory reset. He's doing all this and is so polite the whole time. Everyone left there happy including me. I have to say thank you. I can't remember his name but he worked on Superbowl Sunday by himself and did a great job. Metro give him a raise.”

204 N Hood Ave, Gadsden“We were searching for an older phone (really wanted a newer one - but it isn't compatible with our needs) that had specific requirements of an Android operating system of 11 or 12. Most phones come with the Android 13 OS already installed. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic that requires a specific phone and operating system to operate her Dexcom G6 and Omnipod 5 insulin pump simultaneously. We had interaction with 3 different individuals. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was transferred from her old phone, that all new apps were up and running and information transferred. While it did take time, everyone was very kind and considerate and just really went out of their way to help us.I am very pleased with our interaction with them. Top notch customer service!I drive 45 minutes to see them specifically at that store.For all the bad I hear about Verizon... I have been with them for 17 years - and they have taken care of me and my business. Great job! We appreciate you so much!”
“So this review is exclusively about the service that was received at this store .... it has nothing to do with how much I may or may not like the service that Verizon offers to it's cellular customers. That being said, I couldn't have been happier with the experience we had at this particular Verizon store. We ordered our stuff on line and a little later that day we got a text letting us know our stuff was in store and ready for pick up. Upon arrival they have full Covid procedures in place and only a limited # of customers are allowed in the store at one time. There weren't many people there and the wait was really quick. They had our stuff in a bag ready to go and were really friendly while we were there and made sure there wasn't anything else we needed help with. Didn't really do any window shopping (did that online), but the store itself is well stocked with the latest greatest cellular devices and looked like it would be easy to do some comparisons if you are trying to decide which route is best for you. Great store, super clean, easy access and great customer service. Highly recommend.”
