I was at Metro Sunday Superbowl day. It's two customers already waiting and now I'm #3.. No one however is complaining because there is only one person working and he is doing a excellent job of multi tasking. He was setting up a new phone for one couple then helping another and making all the necessary phone calls to complete the task . Then he starts helping me with a factory reset. He's doing all this and is so polite the whole time. Everyone left there happy including me. I have to say thank you. I can't remember his name but he worked on Superbowl Sunday by himself and did a great job. Metro give him a raise.

I've used this phone place for 6 years now never had any problem's. Most the workers I've dealt with over the years. Have been nice and help get the best phone and service.

The Ft. Payne location was closed. Had to drive to Gadsden. There was a power outage. Had to drive to the far end of Gadsden just to pay my phone bill. Annoying and very frustrating.

They do no refunds on their cell phone accessories! If they will rob you out of your hard earned money on the accessories then they will find ways of robbing you on their other services! Be safe and don’t let them rob you! The sad thing about it is; it was a cash purchase on my end and it should have been an easy return and refund on their end!

The store was extremely busy and the employee ( Daryl Collins) showed patience and endurance to get all customers in a timely manner fully satisfied and waited on. The young man worked diligently by himself with no other employees on schedule apparently because of it being a Sunday that was not slow by any means on this particular Sunday, I would fully recommend that he receive recognition in the form of a raise or promotion. He is an employee that deserves recognition.
