Absolutely loved the staff at this location! They have really done a lot of changes since their new manager and staff took over. They are hosting sales and boosting them as well... You can tell a major difference in the air just by the way they all carry themselves at this location. Keep up the Great Work!!!

Our internet gateway died and we got ran around. Told to cancel the service and reactivate it. And forced to use the old box. Refused to refund or give a new box. Will never use this service again.

First I wanna say that I'm dissatisfied with metro by t-mobile in general for several reasons. I was given a phone by my family member who got it as a gift for me and I wasn't there to pick out my phone for myself the lady at the local metro store in gadsden Alabama lied to my cousin, obviously she was confused when asked if the specific phone was 5g or not and said that the galaxy ao3 s was indeed 5g so that's what they got for me. 24 hours into having the phone it stopped charging and wouldn't power on so I attempted to take it back to the store to get another phone. The same employee then told me I had to wait till the following Monday to speak with the store manager about what to do about my messed up phone. I then go back to metro the next business day to hopefully get a new phone and the manager isn't even there. It's the same employee that lied to my cousin and denied me service. She said I couldn't swap for another phone that I could keep the messed up phone I have or I can wait 2 days and get another refurbished phone of the same kind. I don't understand. It has been 3 days and I can't get a different phone to better suit my needs after being lied to and denied service. I will be looking for a different service provider if I can't get something done about this. I wouldn't recommend metro to anyone and I will be posting this review everywhere I can. They do not care about they're customers in East gadsden and everything about my last visit there says it all.

It's a manager there at the West meighan boulevard Canterbury station Metro PCS by T-Mobile if she would quit stealing people's money off their bank card and quit being a ruthless rude person disconnected their phone service while they already paid their bill she needs to be fired and sent back to prison how can anybody be a manager and been in prison that many times and that long and get out and be a MetroPCS manager at stores

Switched from cricket last month I’m paying more and it’s so terrible Internet drops out 80% of the time you wanna send somebody a picture on Facebook messenger takes like five minutes to send it just cancels on videos going back to cricket don’t fall for this junk

The Metro in Canteberry Station is more concerned about the right phone you buy. The manager is more knowledgeable and experienced. However, one employee was sitting on her personal cell phone as customer and myself came in she refused to help, speak and see to our needs. Then she walked in the back and was still on phone. When she came back to front she just stood there looking crazy. If you need good phone service I still recommend this place

Id give less if I could. Manager is rude and probably took me for 130 dollars. I started my own account with a line all in MY NAME. I called to get a 3 day extension and my name isn't even in the system. They won't help me fix anything over the phone. When I purchased the phone he said 165 at first but then said he would give me a deal and charge me 130 dollars. He wouldn't give me a receipt or a reason why my name isnt on my account. Very very unsatisfied and this point....
