They do not have registers open have to use self checkout with an employee standing right there open up the registers. I'm done here will use Marvin's or tractor supply or a local lumber yard from now on

Want there today and and got ready to check out to only find that there were b o cashiers. Not one! Only one guy monitoring self checkout. He had to take the scanner and check a customer that was having an issue. Home depot for me.

I called and spoke to "hardware" and they would Answer the phone and say hello and immediately hangup, this happened to me 3 times and i asked for a supervisor on the 4th time . I was put on hold and someone literally hung up the phone ? , i called again and they said that no manager was there and that i need to come in person if i want to use their business. Completely unprofessional and ran by incompetent children.
And my review was replied to by the "owner" with a bullcrap response and a link to a nonexistent "contact" page .
Hilarious and completely ridiculous.
All because i wanted to spend money at lowes . As i have for years but i be danged if i spend another dollar there . As ive spent easily 50,000 dollars a year at lowes for construction plumbing etc and i get to deal with literal children. Not again

I've refrained from posting previous 1 star reviews but it seems today is the day!! I'm a contractor and have a pro account with Lowe's and it seems (almost) everytime I have a delivery there is always an issue. Either they don't call and drop the materials wherever, only to have to return to put them in the right place. Or literally deliver to the wrong house down the street. (That's another story altogether) In the past, If I didn't have materials, I typically didn't wait on site for them to show up whenever they pleased but instead waited on their call to meet them only to receive no call leading to said fiascos. Absolutely no communication from the delivery department. I have names but I'll respect their privacy. Fast forward to today. My materials were supposed to be here Wednesday, then they were bumped back to Friday, then they told me the truck was loaded but they didn't have time to do it Friday so they guaranteed me it would be first thing Saturday morning. I've been here waiting since 7:30 and it's now 1:30. They've cost me a lot of time and money in the past and have wasted my whole Saturday today. I still have to install an automatic gate opener and was hoping to have it close to completed by now. I'm a small business as of yet but I've spent a reasonable amount of money in there the past year and a half. I'm growing and currently looking for a replacement for Lowe's.

I bought a riding lawn mower a little over two weeks ago. I paid half cash and put half on my credit card, and set up delivery. Two weeks was to soonest I could get a delivery date so I took it. On the day of delivery, I got a call from Trussville Lowes that they couldn't deliver my mower. Gadsden Lowes sold me a mower that they didn't have in stock and transferred the sale to Trussville who didn't have any either. Trussville tried to sell me a display mower with a dead battery and then said that they couldn't deliver that one because the delivery truck was broke down. During the entire process, no one at either Lowes would answer my phone calls. Even with me calling repeatedly and asking for the manager, or delivery's. And there is no option for leaving a message. I got tired of getting the run around from both stores and went in and got a refund. I'll be spending my money elsewhere. I have bought hight end appliances over the years and always paid cash. Never again.
