I had been driving myself crazy trying to find some fuses on my motorhome. I got in touch with Jordan and made arrangements to bring my coach to him the very next day. Within a few minutes he found the fuses and had the issue resolved. When I left, he told me to give him a shout if he could help me. Well 2 days later I was working on something else and needed to run something by him. He answered my call and helped me over the phone. Jordan, I truly appreciate the help. Thank you!!
For anyone reading this, you can put your trust in Jordan, he is very knowledgeable and is an extremely nice person. 100% recommendation from me!

If I could give this man and his service a 10 star review I would. I was stranded at a campsite with my leveling jacks stuck into the ground and within an hour he had them up and springs back on and was ready to go! Also he did exactly what he said he would and he did it when he said he would... it kinda restores my faith in humanity... there are some good people left and Jordan surely is a good man! I would not hesitate first a second to recommend him to anyone.

They did some warranty work for me on my Shasta RV in 2022. They broke my camper light switch during this process and he said he would replace it once the new one comes in that he ordered. This camper was practically brand new and not even a year old yet. Here it is two years later and he did not keep his word. He never replaced it! I’m sure he thought I would just forget about it after a while. However, that’s hard to do when the first thing you see is the broken light switch as you walk in!!

We stopped overnight after a long travel day and our AC would not turn on. We called JM Onsite Repair and Jordan came out that evening and had us up and running in a few minutes. He saved our vacation and June in Alabama with no AC would have been miserable. He was very professional and extremely reasonable. We really enjoyed chatting with him about the area. We will definitely call this company again if we need help on the road.

Drove to a drag strip in Alabama from Florida. Had throttle issues in the RV. Found Jordan from Google reviews, called and he met us at the track when we pulled in. Found our issue and had us back up and running in no time! He really saved us! And he was priced fairly! Super thankful for him!

Called to see if they could come look at my camper, here in Gadsden. I had a leak and asked what's the most it could cost to fix and he said probably $450. I said okay. He said I'll be tere in the morning. Im going on a trip next week. He came looked at it said he had to go get the part he didn't have what he needed on him. Came back 4 hours later. Said he went to lunch and service was slow. Spent 30 min in camper. Said he had to replace toilet water valve kit. I said ok thank you. He said that'll be $450. I said how much was the valve $50. I had no choice but to pay it. I looked up a the valve on line and it was $15. NEVER AGAIN!

10/10 would recommend! I would probably loose my mind if it weren’t for these guys! What wonderful service! Jordan and Clay went out of their way to stay in communication and get to us as quickly as possible. Once they arrived they didn’t hesitate and got right to the issue. It wasn’t able to be fixed, but thats not to their lack of efforts and knowledge! Parts are just on back order and honestly unrepairable... Had an electrical issue with RV. Jordan came out and diagnosed the problem that turned out to be an issue with the electrical pole at the RV site and not my actual RV.
