“We were searching for an older phone (really wanted a newer one - but it isn't compatible with our needs) that had specific requirements of an Android operating system of 11 or 12. Most phones come with the Android 13 OS already installed. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic that requires a specific phone and operating system to operate her Dexcom G6 and Omnipod 5 insulin pump simultaneously. We had interaction with 3 different individuals. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was transferred from her old phone, that all new apps were up and running and information transferred. While it did take time, everyone was very kind and considerate and just really went out of their way to help us.I am very pleased with our interaction with them. Top notch customer service!I drive 45 minutes to see them specifically at that store.For all the bad I hear about Verizon... I have been with them for 17 years - and they have taken care of me and my business. Great job! We appreciate you so much!”
“So this review is exclusively about the service that was received at this store .... it has nothing to do with how much I may or may not like the service that Verizon offers to it's cellular customers. That being said, I couldn't have been happier with the experience we had at this particular Verizon store. We ordered our stuff on line and a little later that day we got a text letting us know our stuff was in store and ready for pick up. Upon arrival they have full Covid procedures in place and only a limited # of customers are allowed in the store at one time. There weren't many people there and the wait was really quick. They had our stuff in a bag ready to go and were really friendly while we were there and made sure there wasn't anything else we needed help with. Didn't really do any window shopping (did that online), but the store itself is well stocked with the latest greatest cellular devices and looked like it would be easy to do some comparisons if you are trying to decide which route is best for you. Great store, super clean, easy access and great customer service. Highly recommend.”
“So 5/5 for in person services at this location Emma was great And so was the young man I don't remember his name. They were unable to get my issue fixed right then and there however they were extremely helpful in tryig everything in thier power. I had so many issues getting my internet out and had called customer line and spoke with another rep extremely sweet let me know i had an appointment with a tech to come fix the internet connection that day and to expect contact in about an 1hr ot confirm my appointment was between 11 and 2, we tried to help fox the issue over phone but unable to figure it out. Then 230 rolls around no contact made so I went to the store an was really upset I honestly was crying I work from home and needed this asap and was told the house was was xfinity ready. That's when the in-person store tried everything every loop hole and we were all defeated when they couldn't successfully fix it. Called a 2nd representative on the phone a d she spent almost an hour on the phone sonce 5 COEX CABLES IN THIS HOUSE, we checkes every single one, None of us realized there was a power boost box that had to be plugged in, she ask about it i said yes there was something like that, so this immediately gets plugged in and she walks me thru the set up and stays on with me while I do all the app stuff and boom perfect. Every customer service rep was amazing however the texh never reached out and that's fine now however it was unprofessional sonce it was almost 5pm by the time I got my internet fixed well past my appointment time.”
“Had an excellent experience here. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I came in for an upgrade, got exactly what I wanted and left happy. I'm not sure exactly how long the process took because I was quite enjoying the conversation with staff.”
