Dorris did my taxes and she made a mistake somehow that they got rejected by the IRS and called and talked to her and after that have not been able to reach her they claim a problem with the phone so I need to figure out what to do

Went here on February 1,2024. Was not impressed w this location. My husband n I have been doing business w H&R Block for many years@ different locations. This is by far one of the worst ones we've been to. We don't recommend at all. We had an appointment at 6pm that day w Doris She was w someone when we got there n didn't finish w that client til 645! There were 2 other employees there who could have seen us. Our appointment was originally w a Veronica. But we didn't get to see her for whatever reason. We didn't get done w our appointment til 830pm that evening. Way to slow on our appointment n she kept making mistakes during our appointment.

We always have a good experience with Patricia at HR Block. She's the best. Keeps us informed on all changes and helps us by asking all the right questions.
