I am the grandson, I’m definitely not racist ask any of my customers of any race. The women who made the comment was just upset that I don’t work for $5 an hr and yes she’s a white women trying to hurt someone’s reputation. Pls don’t let a comment keep you away stop by and let me and my mechanics help you out. I promise you won’t get better satisfaction in the this state. Thank you god bless.

Always there to help when you need them. Will go above and beyond to give assistance. They are family oriented and have great customer service skills, only one minor issue and that is that grandson of his with his smart mouth and always over pricing work!! To be in the location of East Gadsden, in a black community his grandson acts racist!

I'm not really sure how they are at the actual company but the girl who answered the phone is extremely rude. While I was talking to her she hung up in my face on top of being very rude.

My car broke down. In Gadsden Alabama I was recommended the mechanic Harvey auto services. A female answers the phone and every time I asked to price work (I've called for 3 different services) she says they can't do it. She will not let me talk to the mechanic. Because of this lady who's answering the phone. This business is losing a lot of money and sales because of this person answering the phone. I do not recommend even bothering calling this company she's rude. And does not know how to handle business.

Cheapest place in town to get an a/c compressor kit fixed & it was done the same day in a few hours! I am extremely pleased with the service I received. If I have any problems with it I will be back to revise this review, but until then I will be enjoying this summer in an ice cold ❄ ? car!

Harvey's auto service is terrible,they lied to me and lost my keys, and kept my car two weeks and didn't even touch it when they said they did.. please don't take anything to them.I gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me post no stars.. terrible place.

Cheapest place in town to get an a/c compressor kit fixed & it was done the same day in a few hours! I am extremely pleased with the service I received. If I have any problems with it I will be back to revise this review, but until then I will be enjoying this summer in an ice cold ❄ ? car!
