Pulled in with a tire that needed plugged. They were very busy but got us in and out in less than 15 minutes. Awesome service! Very friendly! Highly recommend!

Recently got a alignment the alignment was so bad took it to another shop and they said it looked like they never even touched it not to mention the nice little dent they put on the side of my truck do not get a alignment here whatsoever went to another shop my sway bar was so loose I was able to move it by hand so that tells me that they did not even do nothing to my truck when I went in there two new parts on my truck before they even looked at my truck they told me I needed the new part that I already put on repeat do not use this shop

Traveling back to KY with my 5th wheel camper and had a blowout. I needed all 4 tires anyway so I had them price a set of 4 for my camper. They stayed open late for me, were cheaper than I could have gotten the tires back home and had all 4 and the spare changed in around 15 minutes so I could get back on the road! Can't recommend enough!

Bought 4 tires, left for beach next day. Made it from gadsden to greenville til I had a blow out with 2 kids in my car. Called and let them know what happened and asked if they would refund money on the 1 tire . They said no and we're rude. Disappointed to say the least but lesson learned.

DO NOT GO HERE. We got 2 brand new tires put on our truck a week before vacation. While on vacation we noticed a lot of noise and vibrations coming from the front of the truck. Pulled over to check it didn’t see anything visibly wrong. Drove maybe 10 feet in a parking lot heard a pop and saw a lug nut rolling on the ground. Exited the truck and picked it up and there was only one left holding the tire on. The other side of the vehicle was missing some lug nuts also. Started to try and drive it to the nearest tire store in Myrtle Beach, SC. Started shaking so bad we stopped and got a tow truck. The tire store in SC replaced the hub because several bolts broke off. The holes in the wheel were wallowed out so had to buy a non matching wheel to get back home.

Had an unfortunate blow out on I59, about and hour outside of Gadsden, on a Sunday around 4PM. So, you can imagine how thrilled we were when we called the only tire store in the Area, Gadsden Tire #1 and they stated they would wait on us if we could get there close to 5PM closing. We got there at 5:02 PM and they had us paid and back on the road with 2 new tires in less than 15 minutes. Can’t say enough about the employees taking excellent care of us

I had to go to gadsden to pick up my trailer that I let my son use. The tires on the trailer were dry rotted and needed to be replaced. My son contacted this tire company and got pricing for the tires. When I got there ,they were on it and installed the tires, and I was on .y way in less than 30 minutes. Very nice on the price and fast on the service. I know where to go for tires, if I need them.

There's a pretty good team effort going on there. The guys address your needs and immediately take action to provide service. Four stars is in relation to the parking lot in my opinion there's a need for a resurfacing. A new surface would provide a more suitable area for much safer entry and existing as well but foremost worker safety when jacking up vehicles. Thank you for the professionalism !
