I go in here alot and so far until today, I was satisfied with the service. The MANAGER on the floor reprimanded me in front of her staff for putting an item out of my buggy back on the wrong isle. Called me lazy, amongst saying other things. This made me leave my buggy where it was and leave. She again made rude remarks out loud about me to the staff and whoever else was listening. I did respond with something about her being rude and wanted to talk to manager at which time I saw her Management badge. A manager running off customers in front of the staff only shows the staff how unimportant a customer is. Dont get me wrong I did cause them more work. For that I do apologize and the embarrassment it caused me was plenty of a deterent. But for the customer service it was still terrible and costly for the company. When I told her I was calling headquarters she said "go ahead they get plenty of complaints" ..I just bet they do with a manager like this.

Awful store! Needs cleaning inside & out ! Betty has an awful attitude, she should be terminated!!!!!!!! She talks nasty to & about the customers .

Overall, it wasn't a bad experience entering this store. However the ladies working there, are rude and unpleasant. Attitudes towards customers was really uncalled for. The store is cluttered and disorganized. I could barely see majority of the merchandise that I was trying to view. Yes, they do have quite a bit of good items but their lack of professionalism and organization may end up being the reason for any decline in revenue for this particular location. Try to be a little bit kinder to your customers ladies. It makes everyone have a good day when you spread kindness to the world.

Just left the store. The one employee on the register was trying hard as she could to ring all the customers up. She called for help at least a dozen times. Finally the manager Jamie comes up to the registers and says “Y’all just gonna have to wait. I don’t have time for this.” The manager of the store told PAYING customers that she doesn’t have time for them. Another customer told her she’s in customer service and should help the customers but Jamie continued to have an attitude.

This particular location is convenient and they stay pretty well stocked, but they could use a couple classes on employee/customer relations. Bad neighborhood to boot but all in all a descent place for a quick cheap visit.

Do NOT shop here. If you walk around you can be yelled at by a random customer (who unknown to you at the time is stealing) and YOU will be told by management to leave. Worst of all, if an employee comes to your defense because you were walking around in a shop, not only will they not come to their employees defence, they'll push for the employee to quit while defending the thieves
