This Dollar Tree needs better management I mean come on the workers there look like they're all high on methamphetamines.... I mean the manager is tweaking while the workers are arguing amongst each other and there's no air conditioning in this place so I mean come on now let's get it together..... LET'S MAKE DOLLAR TREE GREAT AGAIN ?

I've been shopping in the east Gadsden dollar tree store for years and never seen any issues till in the recent year. There needs to be a district manager or someone over the store to check in on all employees and customers because I've been noticing a lot of problems with employees arguing cussing each other and the customers. This mostly goes on in the evenings but it's not only the employees fault, the customers who comes in are hateful and rude. I've witnessed customers cussing the cashier's arguing yelling, there's no excuse for everyone's behavior and it needs to stop ASAP. If the corporate office refuses to correct the issue then the store needs to be closed. Needed to add one more issue, ok I know Kelly and Sonia and they're very good managers but the manager name April isn't and then there's an employee name Tammy who I've personally heard cussing several customers and she never does any work. Every time I shop in the east Gadsden area I see her walking around the store but never to do work as well as taking numerous breaks. I know for a fact that no store allows that many breaks or allows employees to take 2-4 hour breaks. Something needs to be done.

You can ask for Kelly/ the manager! She is amazing!! She will be happy to assist you! If you can’t find anything just ask for Kelly she knows where everything is in a hurry! The store is very clean and clean organized as well! Friendly Folks! But Kelly is the bomb!!!

They always seem understaffed, but that's obviously not the employee's fault. The employees are generally lovely everytime I go.
