I originally started my service at the Rainbow City location back in 2022. The manager, Alexis took great care of me that day and every time I have come in since. She moved to the Gadsden location earlier this year, and I followed behind her. It’s a further drive for me, but well worth every mile! She always greets me with a smile on her face and has the best attitude and professionalism. Her customer service is top tier. I’m convinced she can answer any question and solve any problem when it comes to my phone and anyone else’s for that matter. If you’re planning on visiting Cricket, I highly recommend going to the East Gadsden location and asking to have Alexis as your representative.

It was okay I wanted to separate phones and they didn't have either one of them so I had to go to a separate one. There was only one lady working in here at the time and so it was a little bit difficult to get things accomplished and for her to get things accomplished. They can use more workers if you can't get more workers you need to shut your doors. If you can't handle the adequate amount of customers because you only have one employee that don't mean that you slow down work it means you shut your doors until you can do it right.

l came in with phone problems and sweet mrs. alexis staples was such a joy to work with. i ended up getting a new phone and she was nothing but helpful the entire time. i chatted with her like i have known her for years. i love the case she helped me pick out for my new phone. she was phenomenal and such a blessing to me. she made everything so simple and was just so sweet. if you go to cricket ask for alexis staples she will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need.

I came in to transfer my service and had a horrible experience. I had my service dogs with me and was told by employee Jessica that I needed to get them out immediately. I informed her that they are service dogs and she began screaming at me that she didnt care and to get them out along with other obscenities. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated my entire life. I have never been treated so poorly in a business establishment. This is a LAWSUIT. My animals are service animals. It is illegal to kick anyone out for them or even ask questions about them. I came back the next day and was taken care of by Collyn and manager Alexis. They were wonderful and a breath of fresh air compared to my experience the day before. I pray something is done about this employee before other customers are verbally abused and discriminated against like I was.
