I visited the AT&T location on Rainbow Drive in Gadsden, AL this past Saturday and had the pleasure of having Stephanie take care of me. She was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Don’t loose her!

can not reach anyone at this store calling local number. When you go to the store, the reps don't have a lot of answers. They refer you to a website. Waste of time.

Once again I’m being charge for something I did not ask for nor approved. This time is for an e-sim that has never been activated or used, but I’m being charged ever month for, thanks AT&T. Last time it was for a phone that had been lost and therefore no calls or data had been used in over 18-months but AT&T kept charging me ever month and would only refund the last three months when I brought it to there attention, thanks AT&T for looking out for me and taking such good care of your customers??

I came in to this store a few weeks ago because I had some very frustrating issues with my phone. Jared met me at the door and asked what could he help me with. I began to explain my complications with my phone to him. Not only did he completely hear me out without interrupting me, he sat down with me and continued to listen to my complaints. He showed compassion and gave me full eye contact as I poured out my concerns and issues. After I finished, he politely gave me the necessary pointers and instructions to resolve my issues. He directed me to the customer service number and sat there with me until the issues were resolved. Now this is customer service at its best!! I was so appreciative of him and thanked him on the spot. He even told me that when I receive my new phone that he would be more than happy to assist me with setting it up. Jared was excellent and made fill relieved concerning my phone. Thank you again Jared for taking the time to listen to me, help and assist me!!
