“They are simply the best here. Your family and they treat you like you are. They go far above just being a Pharmacy. You can stop by or call if you have any questions. They talk to you about your medication and let you know what to expect. They also have a drive through in case your in a hurry or not feeling well. If you need a product for something they will take the time to advise you and help you out. I trust them and that's the very best thing I can say about anyone. I would not go anywhere else because no one will give you the personal attention that you get with Rodney and his Staff. I wish I could give them more then just 5 stars because they deserve it”

“I made a quick stop in yesterday for some OTC medicine, and it was the best hometown experience! I don’t think I’ve ever been in Section pharmacy, and I live in Dutton. All of the workers were busy little bees, but were still so patient and friendly, especially with the elderly customers. That’s hard to find these days. I was amazed at the merchandise selection! Gifts galore! Popular, hard to find brands, seasonal items, boutique clothing, and so much more. I’m definitely going back when I have more time!”
“This is literally the best pharmacy I have ever been to! They are always welcoming and go out of their way to be as helpful as they can! I use to go to Walgreens and they made me feel unwelcome and like I was a number they just didn’t want to deal with and would never do anything out of their way to help! Before that was some decent pharmacies when I lived in TN but no pharmacy compares to this one! Very friendly and helpful! Thank you guys.”
“I've had no real issues with the Fort Payne walmart, other than once in a while a medication I need isn't in stock and I have to wait a few days. I like that I get a message on my phone when my prescriptions are ready.
Sheila is just the sweetest, she always remembers most of my birthday, lol.. and Andrea is just a sweetheart and is so caring. I like our little consultations and that she makes sure I understand how to take/use new medications before I leave.
I've seen some people complaining about them being slow when you bring in a new prescription, you have to realize you are not the only person they are filling a prescription for and your new medication has to be processed and put into the system, approved by your insurance, then filled, you don't jump to the head of line just because "you" think you're more important than the other 100 people ahead of you..”
