I have been at this store since 11am. It says it opens at 10am. The door is locked. No one is answering the door. Customer service has called them 3 times and they aren’t having any luck. This is ridiculous. I traveled from Sumiton/Dora for no reason.

I experienced terrible customer service.This store does not follow the advertised hours as the doors were already locked 4:45pm when I was attempting to pickup my express order that they never fulfilled. Closed the shades on me and everything with no shame.

Go to the location in Gardendale!!This place isn’t great. They could try a little harder to help me buy stuff.. instead of sitting in the back office every chance they get. The one in gardendale did a wonderful job
