Placed a pickup order for one item and was told would be ready in less than 2 hours. Waited 2 hours, drove 45 minutes to pick up and was told it wasn’t ready and they had no idea how long it would take. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service received at the Fultondale location in the electronics dept. This is the worse customer care experience ever and it has me looking at Target in a different light. The sales associate, Michael acted as if he was mad at the world and would not even greet me when I spoke to him. I proceeded to tell him what I needed and he showed very little interest in responding. He simply walked off with the expectation that I would follow him, which is what I did. As if things could only get better after spending $549.99 on a TV and wall mount on 11/27/22. It was not until after I used my debit card, that I realized that I should have used my Red Card to receive additional savings. I asked him if I could correct the issue and he told me if I did, it would charge my card twice. I would need to s/w customer service up front to resolve the matter. I mentioned that usually the sales associates would ask customers if they wanted to place their purchase on their Red card. This guy looked at me as if I was speaking a different language. I then proceeded to the customer service counter where I was told something similar, which did not make sense. I then asked one of the young ladies if they were no longer reminding customers to use their Target/Red cards. She replied saying, if you purchased an item from electronics, they will not remind you; only up front in the cashier line will this be mentioned. How ridiculous it that?!?! So I assume Target does not want anyone to save money when purchasing large ticket items. I always looked at Target as high end in comparison to their competitor, Wal-Mart. However, this experience was just another day on the low-end of customer care. Target, please start valuing your customers' experience when they are spending their hard earned money.

This location the workers are very welcoming & nice.I don’t like the fact how recently you have to wait in line like at WalMart. It takes a minute for them to call for back up on front end. Other then that this is my favorite 2nd favorite target location. My children and I pretty live in here. We visit at least once a week.

The one star isn’t for the store in a whole but more for the cashier Cindy (older white lady). This one’s for you Cindy hope you enjoy! Anyways she had some mean comments when she was checking me out and told me I could do construction work in my jacket. Now ask your self does that sound like good customer service because I don’t think it does Cindy. But other than all of that I had a wonderful time at target today. As I do any other time I go.

I recently went to the Fultondale location. I overheard the customer service associate assisting a customer who seemed to be confused about the return policy. Although the customer was somewhat upset, the associate, Tasha was very calm & calming with customer. She gave a clear understanding of the policy and assured the customer the outcome would be in her favor. The customer calmed down and relaxed and then was able to understood, thus walking away happy. I noticed that level of enthusiasm, courtesy, and smile was shown toward every customer Tasha assisted. Each customer walked away with a smile!! Tasha exemplifies EXCELLENT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Management is not serving their guests. I needed to complete a return and the lady with brunette hair in the front overlooked me and went to the back. Will not be returning! :(

I rarely shop at Target but my granddaughter needed a few things in preemie size. Not only did they have absolutely nothing for preemies, they were out of virtually everything for babies. I do understand the supply chain issues but there were pallets all over the store that needed unloading yet there were approximately seven to ten associates standing around joking and being unprofessional. Not one person ever offered to help. To me that is unacceptable. Shop somewhere else.

I placed an order online and selected the drive up option. I drove 35 minutes to pick up my order after checking in via the Target app and another 30 minutes of waiting, I finally called into the store to let them know I had arrived only to be told I had to come inside the store to pick up my items because it was raining. Smh. I was so disappointed. What’s the point of a drive up option if the employees can’t do their job. It wasn’t storming, it wasn’t lightning it was literally sprinkling rain. Unacceptable! Some people aren’t physically able to pick up their items inside the store which is why we opted for “Drive up” get it together.

I hadn't been inside a Target store in almost two years. This location made me remember how much I love Target. It was quiet, clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and available. The entrance was also stocked with sanitizing products and disposable masks for customer use.I'm glad I don't live too close, that way they can't suck me into the vortex of spending hours walking around and hundred$$ of dollars later, on a buggy filled with "stuff we totally need for the kids and house". ?

One of my favorite Targets to go to! everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, if you’re going to go to any target I would definitely recommend this one. I’ve never had any problems!!

your staff is INCREDIBLE! they always have such great, positive attitudes. Cherish in particular greets me by name when I come in the store and it always brightens my day. I would rather shop at target than any other store because your team makes it such an enjoyable experience.

Easy online ordering. I recurved updates every step of the way. They kept their promise on time. My item was ready and available upon arrival and was loaded and Official Target Representative.
